When I contacted them concerning a refrigerator that we needed to remove from a home that was being remodeled, a person responded immediately, got the information, sent me an estimate (based on the size of the refrigerator) which I agreed to, and we were able to have it picked up within 48 hours. The cost was reasonable and the crew polite and competent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed this service. In addition they attempt to recycle the items rather than sending them to a dump.
